A judge in a court of record sits judicially with a “jury of the People”. The courts are attended by Justice(s) Elected by the Men and Women of age (21) American Common Law courts are making a come back.
The Living Men and Women attend the American Common Law Court as a "last" resort" to resolving a Conflict between "Living" men and women. "Do NO harm" is the motto for Living mankind.
Our Court does NOT interact with their Dunn and Bradstreet Corporation court.
The Judiciary comprises two types of courts; a corporate “administrative court”, and a American Common Law “court of record”. A judge in an administrative court does not act judicially but as an administrator to settle contractual disputes.
