The use of Legalese is seen as a form of elitism where the language of the Law is used to intimidate and confuse rather than to educate and empower. This can be seen as a violation of the inherent dignity and worth of all human beings. Those who "Practice" law for money protect their profession.
4) Contradictions to the Principle of Clarity
American Common Law emphasizes the importance of clarity and transparency in the pursuit of Justice.
Legalese is convoluted language and obscure terminology runs counter to the principle and leads to confusion and misinterpretation.
5) Incompatibility with the common good.
Legalese serves the interest of Lawyers and the legal professionals at the expense of the the common good. By prioritizing complexity over clarity.
Legalese perpetuates a system that is more concerned with maintaining the status quo than with promoting Justice and Equity.

With a deep sense of purpose and respect for all Men and Women, the Marion County Assembly commands change to benefit all Naturally born FREE living Floridians. Collectively we create an Canton System that works to the benefit of all, that was attempted to be in place pre Civil War Era. No longer will corrupt Dunn and Bradstreet Corporations be allowed to mascaraed as Government. For Profit Corporations have never been Public Servants, have never served at the pleasure of the Men and Women. Lies will no longer be acceptable. All Public servants shall serve to the “Best of their Ability” from this moment forward without financial gain, but rather a sense of pride and commitment to their community to which they serve. All Government positions will benefit with an operating Grant similar to all other positions on the County.
Each term of service shall be for no more than 2 years, unless the county members lawfully elect to change the term by election. Each public servant shall remain in their position for the agreed term unless removed by the Men and Women of the County by vote of competency which shall be more than 51% to remove for lack of competency or ethics. Any Public Servant found to be unfaithful, corrupt, embezzling or misappropriating funds or public property for their unlawful gain shall be held in contempt and punishable for their treason. All members living on Marion County Florida shall agree to serve their fellow Man and Women by providing a service that they can complete to the benefit of all. Collectively we create an Ancient Canton System that works to the benefit of all.
All Government Grants for Subcontractor services shall be memorandums of understanding that will benefit the County and the Men and Women living within the County boundaries. We encourage all to participate in restoration of their Lawful Government that is NOT a Corporation and is Unincorporated. Please do your homework and you will find that we have been fighting for almost 160 years to Restore our Actual Rightful Government that was usurped because the British scammed us during the Civil War.

1) Public Law – Mortgage and Loan Fraud
The Marion County Assembly declares a moratorium of all mortgage or loan claims based on real proven concerns of Mortgage and Loan fraud. We have evidence that mortgages and loans have been misapplied. Mortgages have been paid for by the FED upon receipt of a wet ink signature of the applicant purchasing the property and home. Mortgages have been sold repeatedly and often in bundles to other Banks, Investors or even Bulk Buyer groups. As a result of these findings, the Marion County Litigation Committee has informed the Men and Women who have unanimously proclaimed to place a year long moratorium on the service of any such claims of franchise debt, and or accept any solicitation in the County. Let it be known that until honor is returned to the practice of loaning monetary funds known as “usury” we shall not honor any claims of debt until reviewed. Unethical or even unlawful practices will be reviewed, resolved or forbidden. Effective Date: February 18 2025.

Government Memorandums of Understanding "Laws"
Marion County Moratorium on Land Development / Housing Expansion
- The Marion County Assembly declares a moratorium of all property developments for 5 years. This does not include private family homes being built by the family or owner.
- All developments currently in progress shall only complete the homes that are started or sold. A public park shall be constructed that consumes no less than 10% of the project total acreage.
- At the developers expense all roads, sidewalks, gates, parks and community shared buildings shall be completed.
- All HOA's shall be privately controlled and run by property home owners within the development ONLY. Fees charged may only constitute true fees for operations. All Litigation against any homeowner shall cease and desist.
- All HOA's shall be responsible for assisting homeowners that have health reasons or in the case of deaths or moving, the collective shall incur fees to maintain the exterior or the homes affected. HOA may include a "separate escrow account" for such cases.
- All developments in progress shall provide shade and fruit trees within the development at the expenses of the developer as to provide adequate shade for situations of electrical outages in the future.
- All developments shall provide for gardens or space for residents to create community gardens.
- All developers are responsible for ALL costs associated with sewage, water, emergency, sidewalks, traffic roadways expansions and street lighting for the project as to avoid any expense to the County of Marion and or other Men and Women living on Marion County.
- The Development Committee shall review on a case per case basis any applications or requests per the above decisions.
- NO Medium or High Density building of homes shall be approved on or in Marion County Florida boundaries for this period, as to allow for completion of Double Blinded studies of the effects of Population density relationship to Crimes, Domestic Violence and over crowding subcultures seen in large Communities.
- Any Entity, or Developer of any kind, be advise that your Company shall be held accountable by Committee and Sheriff with penalties of confiscation of the entire Project or Development, including all lots, homes, and or land to the benefit of the "Unincorporated Marion County Florida Assembly". Unauthorized Developments or Building Communities shall be handled harshly and to the fullest extent of the Laws.

Marion County Government Services - Roads Law Reform Moratorium
Our usable land is evaporating fast. Highways are super heating our environment. Highways create a Marriot of problems, dangers to animals and pedestrians, noise pollution, pollution of the environment, water drainage issues, sink holes due to drainage ditches required to support drainage from these expansive destructive projects.
Developers have plagued the Marion County countryside because of their density issues created for their profit. The populations near large developments suffer with so many implications to many to list.
The common man and women cannot fight the bleachers full of lawyers that represent these out of town developers here only for profits. Developers generally live on Estates far from the chaos they create because of their greed.
- It shall be known on this 9th Day of February 2025 that the Marion county Assembly declares a moratorium on new road developments for 5 years. No project that has not started to break ground, no matter the "phase" the project is in currently shall progress. NONE! Any road(s) that are within Marion County Florida boundaries that enters or exits onto or into adjacent County.
- Marion County Assembly Government agrees to meet with adjacent Counties that are effected by this Moratorium to pursue remedy with regard to large Interstate projects that may affect this County. The Men and Women on Marion County have elected to create this Moratorium to protect their assets and way of life for them and their families.
- All current roadways under construction or resurfacing shall complete the process, until done. This is ONLY if ground has not been broken and does not include any projects that are multi-staged in nature.
- There shall be NO toleration for subcontractors, Dunn & Bradstreet Incorporated or Unincorporated companies contracting with the Bankrupt Municipal entities fraudulently mascaraing as Public Servants. If found to be obstructing or ignoring this Law there shall be severe consequences. All equipment and assets shall be confiscated to the benefit of the Lawful Marion County Assembly Government and used to improve current roads and public travel surfaces throughout Marion County.
- Hence forth all roadway construction, new or resurfacing including repairs shall be tendered in writing 6 months in advance with detailed complete costs with no overages or miscalculation allowances. Grants will be prepared and presented in intervals of completion as project progress is assessed and found to be to standards set out by our Project Committee and Safety Committee.
- Local Subcontractors shall have have priority over all when bids for tender are offered to prospective companies on all future approved projects within Marion County Florida.
